He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Sullivan and Berdie Sullivan (Moss); his wife Sheila Sullivan; and his sister Carol Lee Sullivan. He is survived by: his girlfriend Donna Stewart of Joelton, TN; his children, Michael Sullivan (Kristie) of Fairview and Valerie Jones (David) of Franklin, TN; his siblings, James Sullivan of Fairview, TN, Larry Sullivan of Nashville and Lisa Sullivan of Fairview, TN; and his granddaughters, Makayla Cox and Olivia Sullivan.
