She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlemagne Winters and Ora Lee Morris Winters; her husband Joe Panovec; her brothers, Charles Winters, Jimmy Winters and Jackie Winters; and her son-in-law David Heintzman.
She is survived by: her children, Perry Panovec, Parker Panovec (Debra) and Pamela Heintzman; her siblings, Ray Winters (Judy), Sandra Kilgore and Barbara Dale; and her grandchildren, Kent Panovec (Colleen), Lesa Brown (Chad), Bryan Panovec (Monica), Grant Heintzman (Paige), Bryce Heintzman, Reagan Brown (Austin) and Carson Panovec. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
