He is survived by: his brothers, Robert E. Green (Patricia) of Little Rock and Phillip M. Green (Judy) of Joelton; and his nephew Pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, his brothers request donations be made in Wayne's name to Friendship FWB Church Ashland City, Grays Pointe Baptist Church Joelton, or Mt. Zion Baptist Church Joelton.
