He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Perry and Beulah Perry; and his children, Melissa Anderson Perry and Mark Dwayne Perry. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Morris Perry; and his grandsons, Zeke and Seth Anderson. He is also survived by 5 siblings.
