He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Kincer, Jr. and Cepha Davis Kincer; and his sisters, Betty Barnett and Lois Hampton. He is survived by: his daughters, Rae Ann Kincer, Kathy Kincer Parsons (Jesse) and Amy Kincer Mize (Franky); his grandchildren, Christa Flanders Cain (Bryan), Jessica Flanders Harlan, Alex Kincer, Katie Parsons and Mattie Vandygriff; his great grandchildren, Claire Harlan, Allison Harlan, Faith Cain and Mercy Cain; and his sisters, Connie Coker and Martha Turner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as a multitude of friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alive Hospice in his honor.
