With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Proffitt Jr. (Joelton, Tennessee), who passed away on May 14, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Vonda Proffitt; his sons, James Clayton Proffitt III (Angie) and Kirk Brennan Proffitt (Pamela); his grandchildren, Taylor Proffitt, Alexandra Proffitt, Brennan Proffitt and Jackson Thomas; and his pet Missy.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to First Baptist Church Joelton "Let The Children Come" campaign.
