He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Green; his children, Bridgett Ferguson, Amanda Starnes (Lee) and Danielle Eakes (Kenny); his grandchildren, Trace Eakes, Toby Ferguson, Katelyn Eakes and Franklin Starnes; and his siblings, Roger Green (Martha), David Earl Green, Robert Earl Madding, Terry Lynn Green, Patricia Huffman, Joyce Bozer and Teresa Ann Hardison.
