She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Johnson and Willie Johnson; her husband James Russell Baxter; and her siblings, Clara Dishman, Gladys Farmer, Ernest Johnson, Marshall Johnson, Mildred Patterson and Clayton Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Baxter (Janice), Brenda Roberson and Carol Campbell (John). She is also survived by Several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
