He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley O. Harper and Pauline Harper; and his brother Stanley Harper. He is survived by: his children, Dawn Lent and Brian Harper; his sister Sandra K. Johnson; and his grandsons, Christopher and Alexander. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
