He was predeceased by: his father David H Smith; and his grandparents, Howard, Margaret Emerling (McCarthy), Lux, Louis and Mederal Smith (Nason).
He is survived by: his mother Nancy Klyczek; his stepfather Walter Klyczek of Silver Creek; his siblings, Daniel Smith of Silver Creek, Laurie Bifaro (John) of Silver Creek, Linda Smith of Lancaster and Lisa Margaret of Ithaca, NY.; and his stepsisters, Linda Bobik (Dale Berchou) and Debra Sheffield (Michael). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
