She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Newsom and Lillie Newsom (Milton); her husband Woodrow Alfred Burton; her son Will Burton; and her sister Mary Frances Newsom.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Norman (Richard) of Milton, Doris Vigus (Gordon) of North Bend, WA and Ruth Bland of Joelton, TN; and her sister Lena Pruitt of Union City. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; eleven great-great-grandchildren.
