Violet Bryant Felts Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Bryant Felts in Jellico, Tennessee, who passed away on December 22, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Riggs and Myrtle Monhollen Riggs; her former husband G. B. Bryant; her children, Sharon Lawson, Lisa Setser, Alfred Bryant and Jerry Bryant; and her siblings, Henry Riggs, Walter Rigs, George Riggs, Hattie Bryant, Rosie Deaton, Lou Combs, Lucy Riggs, Willie Riggs, Jessie and David.
She is survived by: her husband Hiram Felts; her children, G. B. Bryant Jr. (April), Greg Bryant, Vicki Mitchell (David) and Samuel Bryant (Melody); her stepdaughter Carol Parsons (Donnie); and her sister Perlie June Fox. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and by one great great grandson, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home (607 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
