He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Peace and Carrie Martin Peace; and his siblings, Charles Peace, Jr., Pearl Rogers and Mary Frances Pennington.

He is survived by: his siblings, Benjamin Harrison Peace (Betty), Wanda Lee Smith (Robert) and Suella Lindsay (Daniel). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
