He was predeceased by: his father Ben Parrott. He is survived by: his mother Mary Siler Parrott; his sisters, Linda Sue Pence and Annette Parrott Davis (Douglas); and his nieces and nephews, Mary Elizabeth Johnson (Donald), Cammey Sue Carpenter and Charlie Woods.
