He is survived by : his son Jerry Wayne Steakley Jr. (Loretta); his siblings, Hubert Steakley of Scott County, Johnny Steakley of LaFollette, Scottie Steakley of Oklahoma, Janice Adkins of LaFollette, Nancy Salyers, Mary Bell Rollow of Greenville, Diane Catania, Reno of Michigan and Vickie Loyd; his grandchildren, Daniel Steakley, Sammi Jo Farmer, Hillary Steakley and Teasa Ulrich; and his great grandchildren, Madeline, Isabella, Samuel, Boyd, Nevaeh, Alika, Zalen and Alyvia. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
