We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2019, at the age of 87, Willie Frances Cannon Blair (Jefferson City, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Paul E. Blair; and her children, Jinny Lee, Marie Blair and Paul Blair. She is survived by: her brother Frank Cannon (Rosalind); and her children, Linda (Mike), Brinda, Charlene (Danny), Shirley (Jeff) and Charles (Sabrina). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer's and Dementia research.
