He is survived by: his wife Alethia Watkins Belcher; his daughters, Krista Raper (William Derwin) and Elizabeth Morgan; his grandchildren, Devon Morgan, Ethan Bloomer, Hunter Stapleton (Gabriel), Connor Bunch and Cannon Bunch; his great grandchild Henry Stapleton; his brother Ralph Belcher; and his brother-in-law Eulis Isaac.
