He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Haskell and Emily Helen Mooneyhan Hawk; his brothers, Guy Hawk and Bill Hawk; his siblings-in-law, Betty Hawk, Mary Hawk and Elward Ball (Dit); his nephew Bo Hawk; and his mother-in-law Lillian Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Martha; his sister Mary Rosalie Ball of Morristown; his sister-in-law Nancy Hawk of Newport; his close friend Roger Byrd; and also Phillip Hawk of Parrottsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
