He is survived by: his siblings, William, Roy Whaley, Dorothy Morgan and Grace Moore; his daughter-in-law Brenda Whaley; his wife Patsy Whaley (Dotson); his children, Donald Whaley, Donna Sue Cook (Scott), Rosa Mae Amburn (Kevin) and Mary Ann Lewis; his grandchildren, Elica Commander, Felica Whaley, Josey Amburn, Travis Vaughn and Megan Amburn; and his great grandchild Remington Commander of Macayla Wilson, A. J. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
