He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Stepp (Pat) and Hisako Peppers (George). He is survived by: his wife Teresa Moore Stepp; his nephew Joey Brooks; his great-niece Elizabeth St. Marie; and his sisters, Tammy Stepp Weber, Kalei Stepp Warlick (Christopher) and Scarlet Stepp Altom. He is also survived by several other nephews, a niece, and many friends.
