He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Mills Kooch; and his son-in-law Wayne Parker. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Kooch Parker; his brother Kenneth Kooch of Montana; and his siblings-in-law, Wanda Wilmoth, Joyce Mills, Ed Mills (Jeanine), Bobby Mills (Lois) and Johnny Mills (Brenda). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
