She is survived by: her sons, Delmar Phillips, Lloyd J. Phillips and Johnny R. Phillips; and her grandchildren, Kenneth Phillips, Tanya Anderson, Leslie Strader and Lacy Phillips. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
