He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Haney and Lodema Haney; and his brother Jerry Haney. He is survived by: his wife Judie Winkler Haney; his sister Deborah Haney; his stepchildren, David and Delana Winkler; his children, Jason Haney and Stephanie Mitchell; his stepgranddaughter Lamari Winkler; his grandson Andrew Mitchell; and his sisters-in-law, Phacelia Robertson, Nancy Furches (Bob) and Jane Southerland.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hamblen Memory Gardens (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Russellville, TN 37814).
