It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephanie Howell of Jefferson City, Tennessee, who passed away on July 14, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Howell and Bernice Howell. She is survived by: her fiancé Travis Hall; her daughters, Tabitha Grubb (Elijah) and Jessica Grubb; her granddaughter Freya Lynn; and her siblings, Chris Howell (Kim), Mark Howell (Angel), Donna Howell-Sexton (Andrew) and Brian Howell (NaVada). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
