He is survived by: his wife Angela Wood Tavares; his daughters, Kylie Tavares and Jessica Tavares; his father Roger Tavares Sr.; and his siblings, Tracy A. Rodrigues, Stephen N. Tavares and Chris Gluchacki. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
