He was predeceased by: his parents, Nahu Ortiz and Gloria Ortiz. He is survived by: his siblings, Santiago, Fidelia, Perfecto, Samuel, Ascencion Yon, Ruben, Seferino, Federico, Elizabeth and Ruby; his children, Deysia Ortiz, Rilyn Sartain and Jade Sartain; and his girlfriend Meghan Sartain.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
