He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Ann Mabe; his son Michael Mabe; his siblings, Ruby, Edith, Earnest, Britton, Rusty, Nancy, Dorothy and Inez; and his grandsons, Conrad Breeden and Baby Christian.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Mabe, Jr., Ricky Mabe (Betty), Debbie Hoover (Tim) and Pam Breeden. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren that he loved dearly; several nieces and nephews.
