He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma "Billie" Gray; his son Larry E. Case; his parents, Sara Ann and William Luther Case; and his siblings, Stella Boatman, Mary Rhinehart, John Henry Case, Raymond Case, William Luther Case and Paul Case.
He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Smith; his grandson Bobby Case; and his sister-in-law Jackie Ashworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
