He was predeceased by: his brother Bruce Dotson. He is survived by: his children, Sabrina Blair (Charles) and Robert Paul Dotson; his grandchildren, Charles Blair II, Victoria Blair and Zee Dotson (Scott Lukens); his great grandchild Aspen Lukens; and his niece Carrie Sather (Tim).
