She was predeceased by: her parents, H. G. Brooks and Corrine Vena Lumly; and her sister Sandy Lumly. She is survived by: her spouse Dereck Zager; her sons, Jerome Veggian (Lauren) and Nathan Veggian (Kirsten Paavola); and her brother Ted Brooks.
