She is survived by: her mother Joyce Faye Moore; her husband Jason Butler; her sons, Cody Maggard (Ashley) and Haydon Butler; her siblings, Brian Johnson (Sharon), James Shepherd and Kim Hensley (Robert); her siblings-in-law, Johnny Saylor (Sarah), Willie Saylor (April), Joe Saylor (Ming), Melissa Saylor, Nikki Ferrara (Paul) and Terri Cornett; her nieces and nephews, Anna Hensley, Adam Johnson, Jonathan Helton and Kimberly Saylor; and her stepfather-in-law Terry Cornett.
