He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sr. Boyd and Etta "Norman" Boyd; his wife Betty Gail "Hatfield" Boyd; his son Rodney Darrell Boyd; his granddaughters, Samantha Ann Sanson and Shanna Denise Moore; his daughter-in-law Tammy Boyd; his siblings, Eugene, Harold, Ronald Boyd and Helen Hayden; and his parents-in-law, Raynie W. and Myrtle "Starr" Hatfield.
He is survived by: his children, Vanessa Kay Moore (Curtis), Raymond Wilson Boyd, Ronald Jeffery Boyd (Dawn), Johnna Gail Curry, Myrtle Jean Rhodes (Wesley) and David Ray Boyd. He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren, and many more family and friends.
