He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Merriam; and his son David Michael Merriam. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Kay (Bill); his daughter-in-law Laura Merriam; his grandchildren, David Tuell (Shannon), Melissa Blankenship (Aaron) and Michael Merriam; and his great grandchildren, Caleb, Annabel, Hailey and Jonathan.
