She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Tuggle and Lillie Tuggle; and her brother Paul Tuggle. She is survived by: her husband Wes Blackstone; her son David; her daughter-in-law Beverly Blackstone; her granddaughters, Valerie Curtiss (Greg) and Michelle Blackstone (Joe); her great grandchildren, Elijah, Joshua and Micah Curtiss; and her sister Ruth Jackson (Johnny). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
