It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Ann Adkins of Jefferson City, Tennessee, who passed away on October 2, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Horger and Margaret Horger; her brother John Michael; and her siblings-in-law, Glenda Horger, Larry and Rosemary Adkins.

She is survived by: her stepchild Louie Adkins (Megan); her grandchildren, Grace, Lauren and Kennedy; and her husband Merrell Adkins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Noah's Arc Animal Rescue and Adoption, 3754 Nelson School Road, Morristown, TN 37813.
