We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2018, Michael Elmer Kerr (Jefferson City, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Alonzo "Lon" Kerr and Hazel Vineyard Kerr; and his brother Dwight Kerr. He is survived by: his wife Judy Williams Kerr; his son Paul Kerr (Alicia); and his sister Dolores Miller. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, he requested donations be made to your favorite charity in his memory.
