She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Cox; her parents, Charles Mills and Katherine Mills; her siblings, Joyce McHaffie and Ed Mills; and her close friend Christy Ballinger Woods.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Fultz (Jim); her grandchildren, Adam Fultz, Adrianna and Colton Bales; her siblings, Martha Cureton, Eula V. Brown (Melvin), Nadine McKee, Gladys Sexton (Pete), David Mills, Alfred "Skeeter" Mills (Bonnie) and Freddie Mills (Dawn); and her siblings-in-law, Riley, Alma Cox, Barbara Cox and Betty Cox Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and very special friends.
