She was predeceased by: her parents, James Odell Russell and Mary Gladys Sharp Russell; her brother Marion Russell; and her son Gerald W. Terry, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Charles McGhee; her children, Sandy Shiflet, Connie Craig and Russ Craig (Vanessa); her stepchildren, David McGhee (Cindy) and Karen Quarles (Mark); and her stepgrandchildren, Holli, Amy, Amanda and Hunter. She is also survived by her family, countless friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Farrar Funeral Home - Jefferson City (411 W Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at the McCampbell's Chapel Cemetery (1984 Asheville Hwy, New Market, TN 37820).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to McCampbells Chapel Church.
