It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie M. Porter (Jefferson City, Tennessee), born in Covington, Tennessee, who passed away on January 1, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence MacDonald Rudy and Hal McDonald; her stepfather Jack Rudy; and her parents-in-law, Clowel McDougal Porter and Stanley Porter, Sr..

She is survived by: her husband Stanley Brenson Porter; her children, Lisa Porter Bryant (Dale) and Mark Porter (Kelly); her grandchildren, Jessica Porter Bryant Walker (Joshua), Charles Porter Bryant (Amy), Hunter Neal Porter (Stephanie) and Nathan Stanley Porter; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas Porter, Isadora Monet, Josephine Rose, Caleb Joseph and Hudson Henry.
