She was predeceased by: her parents, Bazil Talley and Mae Talley; her husband Charlie Devotie; her grandson Jimmy Case; and her siblings, Roger Talley, Blair Talley, Elizabeth Cockrum and Jean Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Ethel Case (Jim), Jane Humbard (Ronnie), Bertie Hensley (Dwight), Phillip Devotie (Gail), Robin Smith (Norman) and Jonathan Devotie; and her brother Fain Talley. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.
