He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Watkins and Evelyn Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Judith Watkins; his children, Tony Watkins (Susan), Kristin Kammann (Scott), Stacey Mynuk, Dustin Cox (Letitia) and Chad Cox (Toni Jill); his grandchildren, Hannah, Jake, Emma, Joe, Grace, Carson, Molly, Cooper, Brody, Addison, Ella, Jay and Eli; his brother Wayne Watkins; and his close friends, Dr. John Zirkle and Dr. Richard Carter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to some of his favorites, Hebron Cemetery, Gideons Bibles, St Jude Children Hospital or the Salvation Army.
