He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Alfred Scarlett and Lola Mae Loveday Scarlett; and his siblings, Etta Beatrice Scarlett Lowe, Shirley Jeane Scarlett Myers, William David Scarlett and Ida Marvene Scarlett (Penny). He was also cherished by Uncles, Aunts, cousins.
