Lois Harleene Howard Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2023, at the age of 88, Lois Harleene Howard of Jefferson City, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Hazel Whitlock; her brothers, Edward and Ivan Whitlock; her parents-in-law, Alfonso and Elizabeth Howard; her son Tracy Howard; and her son-in-law Kenny Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Howard; her children, Linda Williams and Randy Howard (Gail); her daughter-in-law Jamie Howard; and her grandchildren, Jason Howard (Brandi), Brandy McBee (Rocky), Lauren Tuggle (Brandon) and Jordan Howard (Ashlyn Howerton). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
