He is survived by: his daughter Renlee Mae Smith of Linn Missouri; his mother Debbie Smith of St. Albans, WV; his fiancée Melissa Wilson of Jefferson City, MO; his grandparents, Ron and Jane Waldenmyer; his siblings, Jerry Smith (Cindy) of South Pittsburg, TN, Tom Smith (Mary) of Jasper, TN, Jamie Smith of Haletown, TN and Tammy Blevins (Robbie); and his aunts, Wendy Rae of Butler, PA, Tracey Saul (John) of Butler, PA and Deanna Morrison (Chuck) of Jarrell, TX. He is also survived by several cousins and nieces and nephews.
