She was predeceased by: her husband Arnold Hall; her parents, Nettie Moore and Elmer Moore; and her son Jaimie Deel. She is survived by: her children, Pastor Mark Howell (Brenda) and Eva Morrison; and her siblings, Kathy Williams (Mike), Rick Moore and Glenn "John" Moore (Theresa). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
