He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Williams and Pearl Williams; his siblings, Faye Hodge, Robert, Gene and Jim Williams; and his brother-in-law Tracy Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Williams; his parents-in-law, Frank and Lois Howard; his brother Randy Howard (Gail); and his sister-in-law Jamie Howard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
