Juanita Faye Franklin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Faye Franklin of Jefferson City, Tennessee, who passed away on November 10, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Bowman and Lucy Yates Bowman; her siblings, Jack Bowman, Charles Bowman, Frances Myers (Leon), Loy Bowman (MaLois), Anna Lee DeLozier (Bill) and Douglass Bowman (Dixie); and her brother-in-law Ben Franklin.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Franklin Toby; her grandson Jimmy Toby (Jesika); her great grandchildren, Renesmee, Raiden, Kaiden and Konrad Toby; and her sisters, Linda Bowman Franklin, Wilma Bowman Allen (N. A.) and Judy Raper (Dennis). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and numerous special friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farrar Funeral Home - Jefferson City (411 W Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Jefferson Memorial Gardens (812 E Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760).
