Carpenter of Jefferson City, Tennessee, born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on September 18, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Linder and William Carpenter; and his son John Greyson Carpenter. He is survived by: his wife Monnie Carpenter; his children, Shye Carpenter (Becky), Angel Carpenter and Cody Carpenter (Brittany); his grandchildren, Ashley Carpenter, Taylor Heatherly (Ross), Skylar Brodley, Nate Carlock (Danielle), Hailey Lunsford (Dakota), Troy Carpenter and Cole Carpenter; and his great grandchildren, Camren Carpenter, River Heatherly, Atlas Heatherly, Delilah Heatherly, Elijah Lunsford, Ainsley Carlock, Brenlee Carlock and Tate Carlock.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
