She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Brooks and Sina Ruth Brooks; and her sister Rebecca James. She is survived by: her husband Rev. John W. Witt (Bill); her children, Dolores (Dwayne Moore), Shari (Larry Yount) and John D. Witt of Johnson City; her grandchildren, Brett, Lane Moore, Laura, Adam Stephens, Jarrod West, Jake West, Caitlin Yount and Chloe Yount; her great grandchildren, Julia, Annie June Moore, Maverick and Max Stephens; and her siblings, Carol Crosby (Jim) of Talbott and Tom Brooks (Laura) of Santa Barbara. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
