She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce Winstead; her former husband James Woods; her son Eddie Winstead; her daughter-in-law Annette Winstead; her daughter Kathy Watson; her great grandchild Markus Drew Harrell; her parents, Grover Williams and Cassie Williams; and her siblings, Jenny Clark and Johnny Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Winstead (Marilyn) and Patsy Harrell (Hugh) of Bean Station; her grandchildren, Angie Winstead, Mark Harrell, Elizabeth Morgan (Danny), Julie Puryear (Justin), Emily Sinnamon (Jeffery) and Lucas Watson (Brandy); her great grandchildren, Tailor Morgan, Hayden, Olivia Sinnamon, Salah, Lyla and Evan Watson; and her nephews, Jeff Williams, Dave and Don Clark.
